Dis week it woz down to me to make da decishun. So let's see wot ideas come in dis week:

@kelsoterrier
My entry dis week iz Knockin' on Heaven's Door by Bob Dylan. Coz The Belle Stars' cover of Iko Iko was in a film called Knockin' on Heaven's Door. And also because The Grateful Dead have covered both Iko Iko and Knockin' on Heven's Door.

@diamondbertie
Iko Iko is a song of the Bayou, Louisiana my spontaneous response is Jambalaya by the Carpenters it's the food of the Bayou and a great song.

@marleyterrier
New Orleans Jazz Vipers wi Hope You're Comin' Back. This do be cos Iko Iko did recently feature in brilliunt new series "Treme" about New Orleans after Hurricane Katrina and dat song in it 2.

@rettetkaninchen
Salt 'N' Pepa with Expression. Why? This is a song about partying and Mardi Gras and having a good time too. And the band are three woman like the Dixie Cups.

And da winner chosen by .... me .... is ... @diamondbertie wiv:

The year: 1973 (original by Hank Williams)
